About Dr. George Harder

Dr. George Harder is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida with a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University, College of Law.

As an attorney, Dr. Harder is active in lawsuits involving business matters.  Dr. Harder also counsels small businesses on how to best protect their assets. Dr. Harder has helped resolve disputes between homeowners and their HOAs. Dr. Harder’s efforts on HOA issues developed both local and national attention.

Dr. Harder also is a Registered Engineer in the State of Florida with a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering.  As an Engineer, Dr. Harder is still called upon to help with the safe handling, cleanup and shipment of radioactive materials.  Dr. Harder consults with companies on how best to maintain a safe work environment and also interfaces with regulatory agencies throughout the nation to ensure customer compliance.  Dr. Harder has managed numerous cleanups of radioactively contaminated sites. He has been involved in the development, management and manufacturing of a radioactive medical implants. He was responsible for management, equipment design, software development, and radiation safety while still ensuring the production of the products.  Dr. Harder understands what it takes to run a successful business.
